Passion for BBQ

Porki Comodi was born from a passion for authentic American BBQ. After years of study and travel to Texas, we brought the authentic pitmaster tradition to Vicenza.

Each cut is carefully selected and smoked for hours with fine woods, following traditional Texan techniques.
